Smogon CAP 17: Cawmodore

This is the winning art design for Smogon's 17th Create-a-Pokemon Project. The theme was a Steel/Flying type that can utilize Belly Drum in the OU Metagame.

My design concept is based on a Frigate Bird with a navy theme, which explains the anchor beak and the steel-plated admiral's coat.
